1. 2008 and 2009 tax returns for Self-Employed.

2. Four current pay stubs.

3. If you receive cash, please provide an Employer Letter stating salary, occupation, years at work.

4. Social Security card(s) for each occupant.

5. Picture ID(s): Drivers or Non-Drivers.

6. Any additional income information, i.e., Child Support, Public Assistance or SSI/SSD Award Letter.

7. Children’s Birth Certificates.

Please be advised that all documents are submitted directly to Landlord/Property Manager(s) requesting the above-mentioned information.
